Miente Bakker has extensive experience in product management and program coordination within the financial services sector, primarily at ING since 2003. Currently serving as Product Area Lead for Assisted Channels, Miente Bakker has successfully built a cross-border agile team and implemented advanced customer interaction technologies such as chatbots and CRM systems. Previous roles include managing investments product management, overseeing the transition of various banking portfolios to targeted platforms, and establishing data governance frameworks. Earlier experience includes project management at Postbank and Computer Support. Miente Bakker holds a Master of Laws degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
