Mike Cloud

Mike Cloud currently serves as Managing Director - High Yield DCM at ING since May 2024. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Managing Director - Leveraged Debt Capital Markets at Lloyds Banking Group from January 2022 to February 2024, and previously served as Director in the same team from April 2011 to January 2022, where notable deals included Keepmoat, Debenhams, Phoenix, and Pendragon. Mike also has experience as SVP in the Loan Workout and Restructuring team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from September 2007 to April 2011, and as Director of Leveraged Finance Origination at Mizuho Bank from 2002 to 2007. Earlier experience includes a role in Credit and Leveraged Finance at Deutsche Bank from 1998 to 2002. Mike holds a law degree from Duke University School of Law, obtained between 1994 and 1998.
