Mischa van Den Broeck

Mischa van den Broeck currently serves as a Change Expert and Team Lead at ING, leading the Air Traffic Control team within the new Credit Risk Modelling organization since February 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Business Manager at EIFFEL, where engagement with clients transformed challenges into solutions from April 2013 to January 2021. Mischa also worked at Knaek Promotions B.V. as an Account Manager, managing both local and national accounts from January 2010 to July 2013, and held various roles in the hospitality sector at Bascafe from May 2005 to December 2011. Earlier experience includes positions at Integrand Nijmegen in external affairs and sales, and at Nevobo in national talent selection. Mischa possesses a Master's degree in Organizational Design and Development from Radboud University and has furthered education through various programs, including PSM 1 certification.
