Mohnish Baid

Mohnish Baid is an experienced finance and regulatory reporting professional currently serving as Vice President and Tribe Lead for Regulatory Reporting Asia at ING since September 2019. In this regional role, Mohnish leads the delivery of local regulatory reporting technology across seven jurisdictions and manages four squads comprising 37 full-time equivalents, covering a total of 1,000 unique reports for 23 regulators. Previous roles at ING included Product Manager and Manager of Business Analysis, focusing on regulatory compliance and transformation projects for ten Asian entities. Prior to ING, Mohnish worked as an MBA Consultant at Marriott International and held positions at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities included implementing regulatory reporting solutions and designing technical architecture for banking applications. Mohnish holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Information & Telecommunication Engineering from SRM IST Chennai.
