Natalia Guseva is a seasoned data management professional with extensive experience in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes. Currently employed as a Data Management Expert at ING since March 2022, Guseva has previously held positions as a Senior System Analyst at Alfa-Bank, focusing on data quality analysis and the optimization of ETL processes, as well as at Tinkoff Bank and AT Consulting, where responsibilities included creating business blocks in data warehouses and re-engineering ETL processes. Guseva holds a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics and a Bachelor's degree from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University).
