Nayantara Ray is the Global Head of Financial Risk Capital & Analyses at ING Group, where they oversee the bank's Regulatory and Economic Capital and manage the integrated global Financial Risk framework. With 19 years of experience in Risk Management and Treasury, Nayantara has successfully led multiple regulatory and business projects, demonstrating strong leadership and analytical skills. They graduated from the Global Leadership Accelerator Program at ING and hold a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science from Bangalore University, along with a Post Graduate degree in Securities Market from the National Institute of Securities Markets. Previously, Nayantara has held various roles within ING and began their career in risk management at SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited.
