Neil Pienaar

Neil Pienaar, CFA, is a Vice President in the Corporate Finance M&A team at ING, where they have served as Sole Financial Advisor on multiple significant transactions, including acquisitions related to datacentre operations. Previously, Neil held various roles at ING in the Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) & Healthcare sectors, contributing to landmark financing projects across Europe. Neil's career began with a Fund Accountant position at Maitland and includes experience as an analyst at OceanRock Consulting. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Science specializing in finance and a Master’s Degree in Investment Management from the University of Cape Town.
