Nicholas Lynch

Nicholas Lynch is an experienced professional in compliance training and policy analysis, currently serving as the Head of Risk Academy at ING since May 2019. With a background in various leadership roles, Nicholas has held positions such as Compliance Learning and Leadership Consultant, Compliance Training Manager at Deutsche Bank, and Head of Policy and Training for Non-Financial Risk at ING Nederland. Nicholas has also contributed to the Financial Services Authority as an Associate and led courses in Financial Regulation and Compliance Management at London Metropolitan University. Educational achievements include an MPhil in Financial Studies and Law from Sheffield Hallam University, an MA in Socio Legal Studies from The University of Sheffield, and an LLB in Law from the University of Hull.
