Nicole Hof has extensive experience in human resources, specifically within the Compensation & Benefits domain at ING since November 2007. As an HR Expert Consultant, Nicole has managed compensation and benefits, served as a product owner, and coached teams in an agile environment. Previous roles at ING include project leadership focusing on selection processes during reorganizations, and providing consulting services to senior management on HR topics, resulting in improved workforce strategies and performance management. Nicole began their career at Nationale Nederlanden, where experiences ranged from internal account management to handling complex insurance issues. Educational credentials include a degree in Human Resources Management from Inholland University and further studies at Vlerick Business School.
