Niel has overseen fraud risk management and forensic investigations, developing bespoke technologies and processes to enhance compliance and customer protection. Previously, Niel held positions at Deloitte South Africa, Barclays, and MTN South Africa, where strategic oversight of fraud risk management and customer onboarding processes was prioritized. Niel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation and various certifications in technical disciplines.
