Oana Boldeiu

Oana Boldeiu is a seasoned Senior Product Designer with expertise in UX/UI, currently working at ING since 2025. Oana previously held the position of Senior Product Designer and Team Lead at Lerero, where they co-managed a design team and contributed to the product's growth from MVP to a scalable solution. Oana began their career as a Graphic Designer and Campaign Manager at AIESEC in Bucharest, where they led creative campaigns and fostered collaboration within a design team. With a solid educational background, Oana holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Geography and Geographic Information Systems from the University of Bucharest.
