Odette Jansen

Odette Jansen BSc MEd is an accomplished professional in UX research and education, currently serving as Lead UX Research at Nordhealth since May 2022, where responsibilities include establishing the UX Research department and mentoring team members. Previously, Odette held multiple roles at Hanzehogeschool Groningen, most notably as Lead Curriculum Designer, where the first-year curriculum for Communication & Multimedia Design was restructured, and as Academic Counselor, providing support to international students. Other experience includes Senior UX Designer roles at Etam Groep bv and Aviva Solutions, focusing on user data analysis and design development, as well as positions in UI/UX design and consultancy at Gamebasics and Redmax. Odette holds a Master of Education in Talent Development & Diversity and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Multimedia Design.
