Olga Kashkina

Olga Kashkina is the Vice President of Asset Securitisation at ING, where they focus on global capital markets. Previously, they held roles at Fitch Ratings, advancing from Analyst to Senior Analyst and Associate Director in Structured Finance, where they were the primary analyst for various asset-backed securities transactions and contributed to significant research in the field. Olga also worked at KPMG Deutschland as a Quantitative Portfolio Analyst, auditing and valuing financial institutions' balance sheets and financial instruments. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Высшая Школа Экономики and a Master of Science in Money and Finance from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main.
