Orhan Sari is currently a Global Tech Recruitment Business Partner at ING, where they manage a diverse recruitment portfolio and have successfully facilitated over 550 hires in tech roles. With more than 10 years of experience in recruitment, Orhan has developed a strong understanding of the development ecosystem, enhancing their effectiveness in stakeholder management and candidate sourcing. Previously, Orhan worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Jefferson Frank and held various roles in recruitment at companies such as Camelot and Darwin Recruitment. They were born and raised in Groningen, Netherlands, and later moved to Amsterdam to follow their passion for recruitment.
