Patricia Vargas

Patricia Vargas serves as the Head of HR for the Americas at ING since September 2019, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including HR Director for the Americas at Kantar Consulting and HR Business Partner, Corporate Vice President at New York Life Insurance Company. Patricia has significant expertise in talent management, organization design, and employee development, having effectively collaborated with leadership teams to implement strategic people initiatives across various organizations. Additional experience includes senior HR positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland and an association with Lehman Brothers in mergers and acquisitions. Patricia holds an MBA in Finance and Human Resources from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
