Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey serves as the Global Head of Executive Reward at ING since November 2016, where responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of executive reward programs, managing the Reward agenda for senior leadership, and overseeing annual remuneration reporting. Previous roles include Senior Reward Manager positions at Nomura, Barclays, and Prudential Assurance, and Head of Reward for Europe at Aviva. With a career rooted in reward management and compensation strategy across various financial institutions, Paul has extensive experience in developing performance strategies, managing pay-round processes, and supporting global projects. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies from Middlesex University.
