Paul M.

Paul M. has extensive experience in interest rate risk management and capital hedging, currently serving as the Head of Interest Rate Risk Management and Capital Hedging NL at ING since May 2012. In this role, Paul leads a team managing a portfolio of IR and FX derivatives to address interest rate risks in the banking book. Previously, Paul held the position of Director at ING Bank's Money Markets desk in Amsterdam, overseeing the Euro interest rate position and utilizing a variety of derivatives. Paul has also contributed to ING's operations in New York and worked as a Money Market Trader, managing liquidity across multiple currencies. Prior to his banking career, Paul was a private tutor and a teaching assistant at Eindhoven University of Technology. Paul holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in International Business Administration and several degrees in Mechanical Engineering from prestigious institutions.
