Peter Blazsik

Peter Blazsik is an AI Strategy Lead for Group Compliance at ING, where they drive the GenAI transformation agenda. With over 15 years of experience in banking and AI/ML leadership, they previously served as the Machine Learning Lead at ING Group, spearheading initiatives that significantly enhanced customer engagement. Peter has also held various analytical roles across prominent financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank and Erste Group, while contributing to academia as a visiting lecturer at Pannon University. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master's in Management and Business Administration from the University of Pannonia, and are currently pursuing a PhD in Quantitative Economics with Machine Learning.
