Peter Don

Peter Don is a retiree who concluded a remarkable career spanning over 45 years in various leadership roles, most notably at ING Nederland, where they served as Head of Strategy & Organization and Director of Mail Postbank. Peter has focused on organizational change, employee development, and promoting diversity in the workplace. Currently, they are a board member at Onbeperkt aan de Slag and the owner of PD=PD!, advocating for the employment of individuals with disabilities. Peter holds a master's degree in Civil Law from RU Leiden obtained in 1979.
