Peter van Buuren

Peter Van Buuren is an experienced program manager and chief operations officer with a robust background in finance and risk management at ING since October 2016. Prior roles include general manager and CIO of commercial banking services at ING Nederland from October 2009 to October 2016, and chief migration officer for Tango at ING Group from December 2007 to October 2009, where Peter was responsible for the IT aspects of the merger between Postbank and ING Bank in the Netherlands. Peter holds a Master of Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University, obtained between 1998 and 1999.
