Poy-San Chan

Poy-San Chan has over two decades of experience in compliance and auditing, currently serving as an Integrated Compliance Officer at ING since November 2001. Key responsibilities include supporting the Head of Compliance Wholesale Banking NL, program coordination, and developing business intelligence solutions using PowerBi and Excel, as well as contributing to Compliance Risk Management activities. Prior roles at ING include Senior Consultant and Senior Sales Data Analyst, where Poy-San Chan focused on dashboard creation and data-driven insights. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Auditor and Auditor at KPMG Nederland and various ministries, respectively. Poy-San Chan holds a postdoctoral degree in Registeraccountant and an MBA in Accountancy from Erasmus University Rotterdam, along with a VWO diploma from Oranje Nassau College.
