Pratibha Gupta

Pratibha Gupta is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT for Finance and Procurement at ING since October 2023. Prior roles at ING Nederland included IT Area Lead, Chapter Lead, and IT Expert/Business Analyst from October 2019 to October 2023. Pratibha's previous experience includes working as a Senior Business Financial Analyst at Rabobank Utrecht e.o. from December 2011 to October 2019, focusing on corporate banking transformation programs and designing functional specifications. Additionally, Pratibha held positions as an Oracle Consultant at Logica and IBM, contributing to HR transformation projects for ABNAMRO. Pratibha holds a Master of Computer Applications from Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Kanpur University, India.
