Quentin Anlian is the Vice President of Metals & Mining, Americas at ING, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Vice President and Investment Banking Associate at Jett Capital Advisors, and held various roles in geosciences, including Underground Mine Geoscientist at Newmont Corporation and Underground Production and Growth Geologist at Nevada Gold Mines. Quentin has also gained experience in academia as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant during their studies at The University of Georgia, where they earned a Master of Science in Geology, and at the University of Arizona, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Geosciences.
