Raimunda B. currently serves as a Change Expert II at ING, focusing on Basel 4/CRR3 credit risk implementations and regulatory governance since August 2023, after previously holding the title of Change Expert I. Prior to this position, Raimunda was self-employed as an English Second Language Teacher, helping students with language skills and IELTS preparation from February 2020 to August 2023. Additional experience includes roles as an Editor at Unschooler, a Speaking Coach at Patch App, and various internships at Accenture and PwC, where contributions included designing onboarding experiences and employee engagement initiatives. Raimunda holds a Master of Business Administration in Change Management from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Technological University Dublin.
