Raymond Smit

Raymond Smit is an IT Chapter Lead at ING, where they have been since 2016, overseeing the development and coaching of a team of 15 Dev Engineers. Prior to this role, they spent nearly a decade at Devoteam managing and executing various IT projects for clients, including tasks within multiple departments of ING and ABN Amro. With a foundational education in Computer Engineering and Technical Business Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Raymond has cultivated extensive experience in both project management and software engineering throughout their career, beginning at ING in 1990. Their approach blends fun and engagement, enabling teams to achieve remarkable results together.
