René Klijnman

René Klijnman is a Global KYC CDD E2E Process Lead at ING, with extensive experience in process improvement and operational management. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Sr. Formulemanager MKB, focusing on enhancing processes and training colleagues within the MKB environment. Previously, René held various roles at ING and ABN AMRO, where they managed teams and drove significant process improvements through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Processes & ICT from Open Universiteit Nederland and a degree in Marketing from Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
