Richard Troxel

Richard Troxel is an experienced Director in the Fund Finance group at ING Capital LLC in New York, where they are responsible for deal origination, credit analysis, relationship management, legal review, and transaction structuring and execution. They have a diverse transaction background ranging from asset-backed portfolio leverage transactions to subscription facilities for various investment vehicles. Richard began their career at ING in Analyst roles and progressed to Vice President before taking on the Director position in 2023. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University, attained in 2013.
