Richard Van Tilborgh

Richard Van Tilborgh is currently the Head of Capital Analytics at ING, where they are responsible for coordinating risk elements of ICAAP, conducting group-wide risk assessments, and linking analyses on risk modeling with capital planning. Their past roles at ING include Senior Model Risk Analyst and Head of Risk Appetite & Disclosure, where they developed policy papers and coordinated recovery and resolution planning. Richard holds a Master's degree in Econometrics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has additional education in the History of Art from the University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Their career has spanned various roles in risk analysis and management within the financial sector since 1998.
