Rick van de Ven

Rick van de Ven is a seasoned business consultant currently employed at ING since July 2017, specializing in global process management to enhance banking services across Europe. Prior to this role, Rick completed an internship at KPMG, where a sovereign credit risk model for the Eurozone was developed as part of a graduation project. Experience at AkzoNobel as a trainee involved supply chain management in South Korea, while a business analyst role at Astrata Europe focused on finance. Leadership was demonstrated as chairman of C.S.V. Ichthus Eindhoven, guiding a student society. Earlier positions included trainee roles at CAROZ and a junior manager at StudentsPlus Bijlessen, contributing to business development and educational support. Rick holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering and management from Eindhoven University of Technology and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, alongside a bachelor's degree from Eindhoven University of Technology.
