Rob van Den Elzen

Rob van den Elzen serves as an IT Area Lead at ING, where responsibilities include leading the Touchpoint platform and contributing to the bank's One Bank and Open Banking strategies. With previous experience as the Head of IT Innovation at ING OIB Innovation, Strategy & Architecture, Rob focuses on driving technological innovation and global API integration. Prior roles at ING also include managing a team of Enterprise Architects and overseeing significant projects related to internet retail banking applications. Rob’s earlier career includes positions at IBM Global Business Services, Accenture, and Capgemini, complemented by a Master’s degree in Management Science and Information Technology from Eindhoven University of Technology.
