Robbin Otter

Robbin Otter is the Head of Strategy & Performance for Wholesale Banking and Transaction Services at ING, where they lead a strategy team across over 40 countries. They previously held various roles at ING, including Director and Senior Consultant, focusing on strategy and change within Transaction Banking. Robbin's career includes experiences as a Project Leader at PostNL, a Manager at the International Air Transport Association, and an intern in marketing and business development at TNT. Robbin earned a Master's degree from the University of Groningen and furthered their education with programs at IMD Business School and Beeckestijn Business School.
