Rogier Festen

Rogier Festen is an experienced technology professional with a focus on mobile API platforms and test management, currently serving as Tech PO for the Mobile API Platform Team at ING since October 2014. With a strong background in IT product ownership, Rogier has held various roles including Chapter Lead Operations for Mobile and Web at ING, and has previously worked as an IT Product Owner and Test Manager in the banking sector. Rogier has contributed to multiple projects, achieving high-quality software releases, enhanced security, and customer satisfaction. Education includes a BA in Management Economics and Law from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2000.
