Rommel Francisco, CLSSGB, has over 20 years of professional experience in supply chain management, with expertise in Source to Pay operations and procurement across various industries, including manufacturing, BPO, and humanitarian sectors. Rommel has held leadership roles at companies such as PHINMA Corporation and World Vision, where they established global shared services and optimized procurement processes. Currently, Rommel serves as the Assistant Vice President for Procure to Pay at ING while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of supply chain operations and management systems. They hold Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and Yellow certifications and have been involved in significant system transitions throughout their career.
