Ruoqing Sun

Ruoqing Sun is a Business Manager to CIO Finance & Risk at ING since April 2018, providing support and advice to the CIO Group Services and management team. As a Product Owner, Ruoqing leads the implementation of a data masking service, managing various Proof of Concepts, stakeholder engagement, and promoting the solution to potential customers, while facilitating an agile work environment. Ruoqing's experience includes roles within the International Talent Program, serving as a Data Engineer on ETL processes and a Data Scientist designing machine learning models. Prior to ING, Ruoqing worked as a Web Developer at K-Matrix Digital Intelligence Limited. Ruoqing holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology and a double Bachelor's degree in Computing and Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
