Ruth McGill

Ruth McGill is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ING, Ruth has previously held significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank, including Regional HR Head for the Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan, as well as Regional Head of HR for Europe/Americas. Additionally, Ruth has contributed as a Senior HR Manager at GSK in the UK. Ruth McGill holds an HR Strategy in Transforming Organisations certification from London Business School and furthered education at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
