Ruth S. van Eijk

Ruth S. van Eijk is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Global Major Incident Manager at ING since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ruth was the Manager of IT Infrastructure & EUC at Antoni van Leeuwenhoek from March 2021 to April 2024, overseeing a team responsible for the infrastructure of the specialized cancer hospital and research institute. Ruth's earlier experience includes significant positions at Royal Schiphol Group, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager of Asset IT Services during a critical period of reorganization to managing IT Infrastructure Management with a focus on a diverse team of IT specialists. Ruth also worked as an Account Manager at Advisor ICT Solutions, a partner of KPN, and has pursued further education in Computer Science at NCOI Opleidingen and attended Stanford Continuing Studies, complementing earlier studies at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and Veenlanden College.
