Sander Jansen

Sander Jansen, CFA, is currently the Head of Capital Planning at ING, a position held since 2025. They previously worked in various roles within ING, including a Front Office Debt Finance Specialist and a temporary Head of Capital Treasury, contributing significantly to capital optimization and regulatory preparedness. Additionally, Sander served as a board member for studievereniging Kraket and spent several years coaching at the Amsterdamsche Hockey & Bandy Club. They are also a member of the Supervisory Board at Amstelwijs, overseeing primary public education in the Amstelveen and Ouderkerk aan de Amstel regions. Sander holds a Master of Science in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
