Sander Smit

Sander Smit is a skilled Product Owner and Customer Journey Expert with a diverse background in retail and banking. They began their career at HEMA, where they held positions as Team Leader and Sales Associate. Sander transitioned to ING in 2021, where they contributed as a Customer Journey Expert and later took on the role of Product Owner within the Document and Content Services tribe starting in June 2022. Sander holds an Associate's degree in Retail Management from Stenden and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from NHL Stenden Hogeschool, along with certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt.
