Sandra Schoonhoven

Sandra Schoonhoven is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and customer service management, currently serving as the Global CoE Lead for Sustainability Expertise at ING since October 2015. In this role, Sandra oversees the delivery and implementation of various ESG disclosures and leads the Climate Risk Initiative, establishing a bank-wide Center of Expertise for Climate and Environmental issues. Prior to this, Sandra held several key positions at ING Nederland, including Head of Sustainability Programmes and Managing Director of Customer Service Management. Sandra has also worked in CRM and marketing roles at Yarden and Wolters Kluwer, driving significant efficiencies and strategic initiatives. Academically, Sandra has obtained multiple degrees in communication and strategic marketing, enhancing a strong foundation for a successful career.
