Semra Ugur

Semra Ugur is an accomplished professional in the insurance and bancassurance sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Insurance at ING since August 2019. Prior to this role, Semra was the Director at ING Türkiye from April 2015 to August 2019, overseeing bancassurance operations. With a solid background in bancassurance marketing and product management, Semra held the position of Head of Bancassurance Marketing & Product Department at TEB and served as Senior Manager at Fortis Bank's Bancassurance Department. Earlier career experience includes roles at AEGON USA as a Financial Advisor and various managerial positions at DISBANK AS and Yapi Kredi Bank AS. Semra Ugur earned a degree from Middle East Technical University between 1992 and 1997.
