Shashank Jhawar

Shashank Jhawar is an experienced professional in the trade finance domain, with a comprehensive background spanning over a decade. Shashank began a career in wholesale banking with Axis Bank as a Deputy Manager from February 2009 to November 2014, before transitioning to a Senior Manager role in Trade at Kotak Mahindra Bank for a brief period in late 2014. Following that, Shashank worked as a Consultant and later as a Sr. Consultant in Business Consulting at Cognizant between February 2015 and June 2018. After a gap, Shashank served in various significant roles at ING from February 2021 to December 2023, culminating as Chief Product Owner for Trade. Shashank holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indore University, along with certifications in Trade Finance and Currency Derivatives.
