Shaw Ming Chia is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and investment banking, currently serving as the Head of Corporate Finance for China & Hong Kong at ING. With a robust history at DBS Bank, Shaw pioneered the establishment of a Strategic Advisory team in Hong Kong, successfully managing over 20 cross-border M&A transactions valued at more than US$7 billion. Shaw's academic background includes a Global Executive MBA from Tsinghua University and INSEAD, a Master of Philosophy in Finance from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours from UCL. With 15 years of experience in Singapore and Hong Kong, Shaw continues to help clients expand their businesses and raise capital for sustainable growth.
