Shayne Prashan

Shayne Prashan is the Head of Group Communications at ING Group, managing all internal and external communications for a global workforce of 68,000 employees in 40 countries. With about ten years of experience in marketing, communications, corporate social responsibility, and business development across the Asia-Pacific region, Shayne has previously held senior roles at ING and was a Co-Founder & Director at Rad Shoes Private Limited, where they developed the Rollies shoe brand. Shayne also worked at the Ministry of Finance in Singapore and DBS Bank, leading various strategic communication initiatives. They hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Sociology and Business from the National University of Singapore, where they were placed on the Dean's List.
