Previously, Shefali served as Product Owner for Transaction Monitoring and as a Customer Journey Expert at ING Nederland from 2020 to 2022. With extensive experience in financial crime and data strategy, Shefali has also worked at Cognizant and Infosys Technologies Ltd, focusing on testing e-banking products and managing teams in investment banking. Shefali is CAMS certified and is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from North Maharashtra University.
