Shutima Pompanya

Shutima (Tangmo) Pompanya is an emerging professional in architecture and design, currently engaged in the Business Banking International Talent Programme at ING since December 2025, specializing in SME lending and credit risk. Previous experience includes a role as a Software and Technology Intern at Dell EMC and various marketing positions within the UNSW Built Environment Student Association, culminating as Marketing Director. Shutima participated in an intensive iOS Design and Development Internship at the Apple Foundation Program @UTS and contributed to UX Design and Product Development at Gooday. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from UNSW with Distinction and ongoing studies for a Master's in Interaction Design at the University of Technology Sydney, maintaining a high distinction average.
