Sietse Hulzenga

Customer Journey Expert

Sietse Hulzenga currently serves as a Customer Journey Expert at ING, a position held since September 2023. Sietse holds a Master’s degree in Strategy & Innovation and a Bachelor’s degree in Policy Communication & Organization, both from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
