Simon Frederiks began their career as a Corporate Management Trainee at Rabobank International, completing a one-year traineeship with five rotations. They later served as a Senior Account Manager for Small and Midsize Enterprises and held various roles as a Credit Analyst within Rabobank. In 2019, Simon joined ING as a Project Manager in Acquisition Finance and Structured Lending, and currently holds the position of Associate Director.
