Siny Raghunathan

Siny Raghunathan serves as a Global Human Resources Business Partner for the Chief Risk Officer at ING since May 2018, where significant contributions include transforming the risk HR function into a data-driven entity and implementing a comprehensive global people strategy. Siny is a Founding Member of the Society for People Analytics, fostering collaboration and innovation in the field. Additionally, Siny has lectured on HR Digitalization and Analytics at Radboud Faculty of Science, emphasizing AI in international HRM practices. Previous roles include leading global HR transformation initiatives at TNT, serving as Country HRBP at Tata Consultancy Services, and foundational HR roles at Welspun India Ltd and Portfolio Financial Services Ltd. Educational credentials encompass an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management, along with degrees in Engineering and Human Resource Management, supplemented by an Executive MBA from the University of Cape Town.
