Sofya Shuster, CFA, is the Head of Real Estate Sector Coverage at ING Australia. With over 14 years of international experience in loan capital markets, Sofya has held various roles, including Director of Sustainable Finance and Director of Real Estate Finance at ING, where they managed a substantial commercial real estate loan portfolio. Sofya's earlier career included positions at Rosenergoatom Concern and Atomstroyexport, focusing on analytical and market research work. They also served as a Faculty Assistant at Lomonosov Moscow State University, contributing to academic research and administrative support. Sofya holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
