Sonja Sefrin

Sonja Sefrin is an experienced professional in ethics and management consulting, currently serving as Associate Director of Ethics and Expert in Culture & Ethics at ING since January 2021, where oversight includes ethical conduct and cultural initiatives for a global workforce of 73,000 employees. Previously, Sonja held the position of Manager at KPMG China, focusing on change and transformation projects in Wealth Management, and also served as Senior Consultant at Synpulse Management Consulting, specializing in private banking and wealth management. Earlier experience includes roles as Psychologist at The Jadis Blurton Family Development Center, Service Coordinator at MPS Career Oy, and People & Change Consultant at Arjowiggins Security. Sonja holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Organizational Psychology from the University of Turku.
